That’s why I sit down with each of my clients at the beginning to clearly explain the steps involved to help you feel comfortable and informed. I also listen attentively to what you are looking for and work diligently to help you find it. Finding the perfect home, though, is just the beginning. From contract negotiations to inspections to repairs to every last dotted line, I take care of the details so you can pick out paint colors and furniture instead.
For sellers. I know that you are likely intimidated by reports about the flagging real estate market. Do not be disheartened. I take the same care and effort with my listings that I do with buyers. In a supply-heavy market, you need someone like myself who can price, stage, and market your home effectively.
